Italian
Learn some classic Italian dishes. Prepare each component for the following menu and assemble as a meal. Learn how to plate food and take home tools to prepare the same meal at home and of course eat!

Tiramisu: Lady fingers soaked in espresso and coffee liqueur. Mascarpone cheese custard and shaved chocolate

Learn Some Fundamentals of French cooking. Classic recipes and learn how to plan a menu based on seasonality of produce that grows in provinces across france.

Cured Salmon with Dijon & Baguette: Salt, brandy and maple syrup cure
Croque Monsieur: A Classic French Sandwich that can easily become a meal
Cream Puffs: Choux paste, a pastry used to make profiteroles and éclairs
Pastry Cream: Egg based  used as filling for French desserts.
Chocolate Ganache: Heavy cream and dark chocolate. Can be used in many different ways, To coat cakes, as a sauce, or cooled and whipped to make frosting.

Spanish
Tapas is an evolved style of dining and a term used when describing appetizers. In Spain, Dinner is server anywhere from 9pm-11pm. Tapas are often enjoyed as an after work snack. Primarily shares and served for socializing, and usually accompanies my wine or other alchoholic beverages.  In this lesson you will learn how to make different types of tapas, and the simplicity of spanish culture.
